Setup Host Header

Refresh dns cache

ipconfig /flushdns

Set:

root@mylvs01:/var/www/mylvs/ws/cgi-bin# chmod 777 lvs.cgi
root@mylvs01:/var/www/mylvs/ws/modules# chmod 777 lvs.pm
